ANTIQUE CIGAR DESK TABLE LIGHTER ELECTRIC. Art Deco style gentlemen with a top hat. The lighter does work but the plug should have a connection cover or be replaced. The electrical cord is solid and still flexible. Marked HAPPY JOE 1931 DESIGN AND MECHANICAL PATENTS PENDING. The lighter is in good condition with no creaks or breaks. The exterior finish is all but gone but it still displays and works well. 6 1/2” tall, 4” wide at the base.
