This is a Nozzle up-grade for standard Clemco/Zero,
Aerolyte/Blast-N-Peen, Blast-It-All style blasting guns,
as well as metric/foreign-made versions of this same type of gun
sold by many tool and equipment retailers worldwide.
Our patented replacement nozzle is designed and tested
to significantly improve blast gun performance and nozzle life.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
Increased suction at lower blasting pressures
3 Times the bore length of stock nozzles, greatly enhancing performance
Convex, bugle-shaped entry instead of typical cone shape -- Provides less turbulence, much improved linear flow of air/media mix at mix point.
Wear tip indicator that readily shows when nozzle should be replaced.
Creates higher blasting velocity using less air pressure, and therefore less air consumption
Highest grade, wear resistant ceramic available, using 99.8% pure ultra-fine particle Alumina - as hard as sapphire.
Extended tip allows for accurate aim and better reach into corners and other tight places
Long-lasting -- with glass media or softer, our nozzles will last indefinitely.

= 1/4", 6.5 mm ID bore. This smaller size nozzle is best if you have limited air available (
under 5 HP
)
and it should be used with an air jet UNDER 1/8" bore.
