1. PLEASE CONTACT ME
BEFORE
ORDERING. I need to be sure I can work with the photo(s) you have on hand. Send me your image through Ebay Message. if possible, it is good to have a couple different photos for me to take a look at as one photo may be better suited for a portrait than another.  Please feel free to ask me any questions before and after ordering. I am able to combine multiple photos into a single portrait in most cases depending on the photo quality/lighting.
2. Once I have approved your photo
and specific request, you
may make your purchase.

I will get to work on your drawing and send you progress pics as I work
and am open to any suggestions you may have.
5. I will send you a photo of the final portrait for your approval within my shipping time frame or in most cases, much sooner. At this point I will make any adjustments you see fit. Your satisfaction is my #1 priority!
6. Once you approve the portrait I will send it via USPS First Class Mail. If you have any questions or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact me.
A drawing usually takes me around 1-3 weeks to complete, depending on the number of drawings I am working on at the time.  This is just a rough estimate and many times I finish before the deadline, in which case you will get your portrait early.
