COMMON SENSE
The laser IS bright! Even in normal temperatures and daylight it is recommended to limit it to 30 seconds or less per use to avoid heat buildup.
Just like the laser pointers you use to play with your pets, you should ALWAYS avoid direct eye exposure to laser beam.  You wouldn't stare into a very bright flashlight, and you should not allow direct contact to anyone's eye (this includes your pets!  Love those little guys!)  Exposure to the eye can cause permanent damage, so don't do it!
Please keep this out of the reach of children. You have the responsibility to supervise the use of this laser.  When not in use, it is always a good idea to remove the battery.  This is a good way to help ensure persons of an appropriate age do not have access to it.

Estimated delivery dates can be as short as 5-10 business days, but remember the notes about shipping at the top of this listing.For example, we may not be able to ship the batteries, but on the positive side, they are available at most stores that carry a good selection of batteries (in the US, you can find them places like Batteries Plus, or at many hardware stores like Home Depot or Lowes). So, if you prefer the faster shipping but may not get batteries, that's cool. Please make sure your shipping address is the same as your Paypal confirmed address.  That's pretty much the standard with all sellers, and we are no different in that respect.
Your valid telephone number is a must with your payment/shipping address information (this is a requirement by the various shippers to ensure reliable service; you've no doubt seen this before with FedEx or UPS).  I can not complete shipping for any item without your telephone number, especially for orders shipped with Expedited Delivery Service. In fact, they will not accept orders shipped Registered Air Mail without telephone number also.
