Good condition.  These are a much way to display your stick wax in the pro shop.  Will work with other brands that are a similar size too.  Howies quit making these/giving them out a few years ago.  I got one of the last 2 they had in the warehouse at that point.  Cool collector item as well.  The tube is about 15" tall and the sign is another 5" tall.  Made from acrylic.
