This is Icy by Arker. Her 2-tone hair is dark brown with caramel color highlights. Her hair is very soft and silky. Great hair.
Eye mech works fine.
She comes with her original blue 2-piece suit, white shoes, and her white stand is stamped Icy. The stand pole has some peeling or oxidation? It is not shiny silver. I got it this way.
She has been stored away from light without her outfit on for many years. Time for a new home!
