Sweet Tips
1. Do not exceed the MAX line when filling gas, otherwise a long flame will rush out from the tube after ignition. If needed, let out some butane by depressurize the valve with the tool included
2. Use the outer part of flame to heat, for it’s the hottest part and using outer part means keeping proper distance between food and tube, which prevents the flame from back burning
3. Do not continuously use the torch more than 5 minutes, take a break to let it cool down before another use, which will greatly expand the lifespan of the culinary torch
4. Do not touch the fire or the flame guard tube when using; children are not allowed to use the Creme Brulee torch without supervision
5. In order to assure safety transportation, this cooking blow torch comes with no gas.
Way to refill the torch
1. Depressurize the torch: press the filling valve of the torch with the tool for about 10s
2. Refill gas: turn the torch upside down, for long nozzle butane tank: just insert the nozzle pipe into the filling valve of the torch; for short nozzle butane tank: connect the adapter to the butane nozzle and insert the adapter end into the filling valve of the torch
3. 5 minutes of standing: turn the torch over and check if the butane exceeds the MAX line and keeps it stand for several minutes before use; if exceeds, depressurize the torch to degas some butane properly first
Why Torch Doesn't Work?
1. No gas and need refill the torch
2. More ignition time will be needed in cold areas
3. The ignition coil in the middle of nozzle is loose and needs adjusting the position
