Here is a scarce item to locate.A late 1940's, early 1950's era '
LIGHT INSTRUMENT"
. It is powered by a pair of 'D' sized batteries and powered up when tried.
The small aperture lamp end is mounted to a flexible rubber cord.
The housing a twist cap appear to be painted brass.
The lamp is 7" tall.
