Rare Truetone Western Auto Portable Phonograph 4DC-6403B - 4 speed - Turquoise

Description

What a unique portable tube record player.  It is turquoise in a plastic suitcase style case.  Includes the service sheet.
1.  Powers on and players after a short warm up.
2.  All 4 speeds work
3.  Needle works (manual to set and retract)
4.  On/Off/Volume knob works but volume is touchy and seems to just have 2 volumes of soft and normal.
5.  Speaker works but sound a but tinny.
6.  Case is dingy but no cracks or chips.  Good hinges and a good handle.
7.  Power cord is very dirty but no cracked and is in good working order.
