Sterilux Silhouet Tone ~ Silhouettone ~ PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION

Description

For sale is a Used Sterilux Silhouet Tone ~ Silhouettone.
I am selling this as "parts/not working". I do NOT know how to test it accurately. The power cord at the back of the unit has a cut in the rubber and is suspect ( see last picture). Listing would not allow me to choose "for parts/ not working" under condition.
The unit powers on when plugged in and turned on . The light turns on when switched on.
Sold as is. NO RETURNS for this item.
