The portrait is performed on a graphic tablet and is delivered to your email or via ebay message as a digital file.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after placing them.
If upon receiving the finished portrait you are for any reason not satisfied with the result, you can request a refund within 14 days after receiving the portrait.
