Vintage Wonder Handy Light Flashlight Made in France Untested No Battery

It is in good, clean condition in the original box, although the box is worn.

The box says it takes a Wonder Power-Pack 4.5 volt battery but there is no battery so I and I don’t have that kind of battery so I did not test it.
·
It is a nice orange color.
·
It is approx. 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” x 1 ⅝”.
·
It does have a light bulb in it but I don’t know if it works.
